• SUPERBA pays a􀆩en􀆟on to always be able to provide you with spare-parts and high quality after-sales support. As you know, the electronic and automation fields are the ones that are evolving at the highest speed, and technologies are becoming obsolete quicker than what we would all wish.

• This is why today we are sorry to inform you that we can no longer provide you with some main electronic or automation parts that have become obsolete: LENZE has stopped to produce and to deliver the EPL-10200 PLC, the 9300 series Servodrive, the 8200 series vector drive as well as the 5.7’’ touchscreen that were used in the previous version of the MF4 machine.

• We offer you a complete replacement solu􀆟on that will keep your friezing machine running for a long time with a guarantee of parts availability for several years.
• This solution relies on EtherCAT, which is now the new technology standard for LENZE product (Ethernet based fieldbus)
• We can deliver a complete electric cabinet including new PLC, new inverters, new servomotor for false-twist (compatible with the new inverter i550 series), all EtherCAT based.
• This kit also includes a new 7’’ COLOR TOUCHSCREEN to drive the machine.
• The set-up requires one or two days for installa􀆟on on site (modification of the existing MF4)
